At The Vet Space, we have personal knowledge and understanding of what it feels like to not only be a woman veteran in a male dominated space, but also we know the negative effects PTSD had on our bodies, minds and families. Thus, The Vet Space was created.

Through mindfulness modalities such as yoga and meditation, we can reduce the symptoms associated with PTSD and MST, thereby, decreasing the suicide rate for women veterans. These practices are an integral part of our wellness programs.
