We are a tax-exempt 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization that is committed to supporting the wellness of women veterans through their life journeys. We are dedicated to the health, wellness, and healing of our nation’s heroes.

OUR VISION: Reduce women veterans associated with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and other traumatic experiences.

Did you know…

a VA report from 2012 found that an average of 22 veterans and active service members die by suicide every day? Since then, newer research has brought the number down to about 20.

Studies have found that suicide among veterans is often associated with PTSD and depression.

Mind-body and energy practices like yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices can assist with decreasing the symptoms associated with PTSD and military sexual trauma (MST).

Did you know you have an opportunity to partner with The Vet Space? That’s right! We use a portion of your donation to provide services to veterans in need. Also, consider our founders as speakers, panelists or workshop presenters at your next military, business, community event, conference or meeting.
